HSN’s newest jewelry line Myrka is a Must-Have For Fall

Last Friday I was on HSN chatting up fall 2008 handbag trends and a great affordable find from CALLA (the same makers of Charm and Luck handbags). While at the studios, I did some snooping for fabulous fashion finds and found Myrka. Myrka is a striking, fashion-forward jewelry line created exclusively for HSN by television journalist and fashionista Myrka Dellanos. Inspired by her travels, each piece has a powerful presence with the use of colorful glass stones that sparkle on rings, necklaces, earrings and bracelets. The Myrka Bead-Studded 8-1/8″ Bangle Bracelet is my pick for fall. If you only buy one piece of jewelry for the fall season it should be a really big, bold cuff or bangle. Big necklaces, such as those seen on the runways at Lanvin, Marni and Louis Vuitton, will also make their mark in fall fashion. But, I find that the elaborate necklace will be a much harder runway-to-reality translation. Stick with the crazy cuffs!
