Though they are constantly photographed together, the annoying twosome told Ryan Seacrest that they are (currently) not together…Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson rekindled their romance this past Easter weekend in Miami with a bike ride and Starbucks…Kimora Lee Simmons finally files for divorce from Russell Simmons. They have been separated for about two years, but now that her romance with Djimon Hounsou is onto another level (rumors are that Ms. Fabulosity is preggers though she denies), it’s naturally the next step… Jamie-Lynn Spears is sporting a new engagement ring courtesy of her boyfriend, Casey, and the father of her child (yes, it still sounds weird)…UsWeekly reports that Carrie Underwood and Chace Crawford split, aww…Funnyman Robin Williams is spotted in New York wearing a t-shirt with a daggered heart. His wife of 19 years just filed for divorce, citing the ever-popular “irreconcilable differences” reason.

Ryan Phillippe is finally speaking up about ex-wife Reese Witherspoon. He has to tread carefully when he talks about America’s sweetheart (and my favorite actress). Good thing he has nice things to say.

In a visit to Howard Stern of all people, the “Stop-Loss” star insists that it wasn’t infidelity that ended his eight-year marriage to Reese and it wasn’t that she took home a greater paycheck (“I’m not competitive,” he says), but it was because…they spent too much time apart. Okay, so it’s not that juicy.

Well, these days Reese has been snuggling up to Jake Gyllenhaal, a former friend of Ryan’s – remember when they used to work out together?

“He’s a good dude,” Ryan said. “I think it’s super. Honestly, I love her and I want her to be happy, and it seems like she is and that’s the truth … I have no jealousy or anything like that.” Aw, that’s sweet.

The usually quiet, doting daddy of two has been showing more of his sensitive side recently. Ryan did previously open up that he was depressed after his marriage ended. In an interview with USA Today, he admits that he avoids seeing photos of Gyllenspoon because it’s “bizarre.” Yeah, it’s not easy watching your ex move on.

Ryan politely sidesteps questions about his rumored flame and co-star, Abbie Cornish, though he does address with Howard Stern the supposed hook-ups that the media has coupled him with. Lindsay Lohan? Nope. Ashlee Simpson? Nope. Britney Spears? Hah, no. Ryan says he “experienced some women after my divorce, but none of them were really famous.” Hmm, Abbie Cornish wasn’t famous…

Anyways, Mr. Phillippe says that he definitely wants to get married and have kids again. He deserves it for being such a good-lookin’ optimist!

Monday night sure was a jackpot night for television. Celebrities shook their thang in “Dancing with the Stars” and of course, there was that much-hyped and long-awaited return of “The Hills.” But what everyone’s really talking about is Britney Spears’s stint on “How I Met Your Mother” last night.

Britney fans around the world breathed a sigh of relief when the episode aired last night on CBS. She was actually good and she looked amazing! Unlike her MTV stage performance (ouch, still stings), she looked wide-eyed and refreshed. And unlike constant public sightings, she was groomed and put-together.

When the verdict came in this morning, critics reluctantly agreed that the troubled pop star was impressive and still had some comedy in her. Even the hard-to-please New York Times reviewer said that her performance was “satisfactory.” Okay, we’ll take that. Regardless, Britney’s guest spot brought in an extra 1 mil viewers and the highest rating of the season for the show.

For the first time in a while, we aren’t embarrassed by Brit, but, in fact, proud. She’s also back in the studio. Looks like the comeback is just warming up. Now give us more and hit us, baby, one more time!

Dear Katie Holmes,

Your pal Victoria Beckham has been acting awfully chummy with a few other A-listers recently. First, she had birthday parties for Brooklyn and Cruz earlier this month and you were a no-show. Her new friend from Project Runway, Heidi Klum, and her daughter came, and so did Eva Longoria Parker. She missed you and Suri, and your other celeb couple friends, Will and Jada. And you two really must go shopping soon. Posh hit up Rodeo Drive with Eva last week to check out the new spring designer collections. She and David also had a lovely dinner at STK with fellow Brits Kate Beckinsale and her hubby, Len Wiseman, this weekend. Then yesterday, Vic and the boys celebrated Easter with Kate, Len, and their daughter at the Getty Center Museum. I hate to say it, Katie, but I think Kate is rivaling you on the best-dressed moms list (after Posh, of course). There is a new Becks in Victoria’s life, so you better swoop back in and resume the position of BFF!

Everyone’s favorite zip code, 90210, is in works to return to the small screen with a spinoff. The creator and writer, Rob Thomas, said he wants to bring back one of the original cast members, but isn’t sure which one yet. Hmm, my money’s on Brian Austin Green aka David since there are characters who share his on-screen last name Silver.

Unfortunately, the late Heath Ledger is back in the spotlight. His uncles (one who is the actor’s godfather) claim that Heath’s dad is incapable of handling his will, which was drawn up before he was involved with Michelle Williams and fathered Matilda. The uncles say that they just want to make sure Matilda is taken care of, and that they fear that their brother will mismanage Heath’s estate like he did with their grandfather’s.

Just in time for the return of The Hills, nude photos of Audrina Patridge surface on the internet. Smartly, Audrina owns up and admits she made a mistake in her naïve teen days.

There is an arrest warrant out for Shia LaBeouf after he failed to appear in court for an unlawful smoking ticket. Since he’s currently MIA, if anyone sees him, please let me him know!

In fashion news…Lindsay Lohan’s designing a line of leggings, ‘nuff said. Heidi Montag is coming out with a clothing and accessories line to compete with nemesis Lauren Conrad’s line. Again, ‘nuff said.

Hope everyone had a great weekend!

I don’t know if you’ve seen it yet, but let me fill you in on my new TV find. “Pop Fiction” is a clever new series brought to you by Mr. Punk’d himself, the dashing Ashton Kutcher.

The E! show sets up celebrities who have been wronged by the tabloids (and which celeb hasn’t?) to play out fabricated rumors to trick the prying media. On last night’s episode, Mr. Demi teamed up with Eva Longoria Parker and Mario Lopez, close pals who have been plagued by hook-up rumors for years, to lead the paparazzi onto thinking they were rekindling the romance that never was.

And the ploys on the show actually succeed at what they set out to. Top tabloids and entertainment shows (even E! itself) fall for and report these fake rumors. To see what I mean, tune in this Sunday, as Paris Hilton and Avril Lavigne turn the tables on us.

Goes to show that you can’t believe everything you read…anything can be pop fiction.

Say it ain’t so! OK! magazine and MSNBC report that the Beckhams want to move back to England. An insider tells OK! that their transition was not as smooth as they anticipated. I guess that welcome party that Tom and Katie threw kinda jinxed things.

David’s overhyped contract with the LA Galaxy turned out to be just that…overhyped. He was benched for much of the season due to several injuries. Though the Spice Girls reunion tour was a huge succes, Victoria’s denim line, dVb, did not meet sales expectations. However, the three little Beckhams seem to be getting along fine with their new friends. At eldest son Brooklyn’s birthday party last week, his A-list guests included Eva Longoria and Heidi Klum + kids.

Luckily, the Becks reps deny the rumors. And it makes sense. Posh is reportedly starring in her own fashion-theme reality television star on FOX. British Marie Claire reports that it will involve the Spice Mama shaking up things in less stylish towns. If it’s anything like her one-hour special from last year then it’s sure to be “may-juh,” dahling.

Rejoyce, world! Amidst her seemingly never-ending custody battle, something good is finally happening to Britney Spears…we hope. CBS just announced that they cast the former pop princess in the hit tv show “How I Met Your Mother” after her peeps approached the network. Britney will play a socially awkward receptionist who develops a little crush on Ted, the main character who is recounting to his kids about, uh, how he met their mother. Brit better polish those acting chops, it’s been awhile. Mark your calendars for March 24th and set that TiVo!

We’ll also be seeing Britney in a different way soon (and yes, we’ve seen a lot). UsWeekly reports that her next music video, “Break the Ice,” will be completely animated, a concept that she came up with herself. Looks like her dad has been a great influence - Brit really is givin’ us more!
