Ok, so this blog isn’t supposed to be about Mary-Kate Olsen’s every move, but I just can’t resist one more post on her.
The younger Olsen twin appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman last night to promote her upcoming film The Wackness, in which she makes out with Sir Ben Kingsley. MK was very giggly and a little spacey. At one point when Letterman asked her a question, she just looked at him for a few seconds, then laughed and apologized for being so tired.
The petite star gets chattier when the subject turns to her former high-school classmate and perma-annoying- Ken-doll-wannabe, Spencer Pratt. When Letterman called Heidi’s other half “wormy,” MK nodded before revealing “he does not have a good temper.”
Surprisingly, Mary-Kate was well received on the late night show, drawing many laughs and seemed nicer than the media often portrays her.
Now, you have my word, Monday’s post will not be on an Olsen twin or Nicole Richie (well, unless, ya know, they do something earth-shattering).

Fresh off my previous two posts, suspicious photos of Mary-Kate Olsen and Nicole Richie surfaced on the www.
The two petite starlets seem to be having a grand ol’ time at a house party with a flannel theme (must’ve been MK’s idea). Cigarettes, beer, and wine are prevalent in all the shots. There’s even a strange pinata and a pic of the girls staring at something vomit-y on the floor.
Is it just me or do the pics have a grittiness to them? Anyways, haven’t seen MK with so much emotion and expression.
At least Ashley isn’t in any of them, that’s all I have to say…oh, to be a fly on that wall.

Everybody’s favorite flannel-wearing-boho-bum-chic heroine Mary-Kate Olsen has joined the cast of Samantha Who? for one episode to be aired this fall.
“She started today,” an on-set insider blabbed. “And she’s terrific.”
ABC confirmed that the millionaire twin plays a character that Samantha (Christina Applegate) tries to “save.” Oh, this oughta be good. Can’t wait for MK to bust out those comedic chops again!

Looks like the 5-month-old tiny tot is warming up to the camera (remember her Harper’s Bazaar photo shoot?). Her parents are also house hunting in ritzy Hollywood and just bought a condo in New York City so she better get used to the paps.
Oh, how I wish I was Harlow.

It’s getting hot in here and it’s not just the summer solstice I’m talking about.
People magazine has just released its Hottest Bachelors of 2008 issue. The compilation was a rather surprising and interesting one. A bevy of actors, musicians, athletes, and celebrity siblings (?!) made the cut, while dimpled cutie and newly single Mario Lopez took the top honor.
Sure, there were mainstream hotties like George Clooney, Justin Timberlake (though not for long, we hear), and the boys of Gossip Girl. And dark mysterious men like Terrence Howard and Adam Levine are totally welcomed in the round-up.
But what about perma-clubgoers Brody Jenner and wingman Frankie Delgado of The Hills? As if these boys need another reason to playboy it up at LA hotspots. And Bryan Spears?! At least someone in the Spears family has it together.

While I still haven’t gotten used to the idea of a pregnant Jamie Lynn Spears, the teenage star has popped her bun outta the oven!
Maddie Briann Aldridge was born this morning at around 9:30 a.m. in a Mississippi hospital near Jamie Lynn’s Louisiana hometown where she has been nesting for the past few months. Jamie Lynn, 17, and her fiance Casey Aldridge, 19, have just bought a house in Mississippi to start their new family.
The whole Spears clan was by the young mom’s side, including sis Britney.

Anne Hathaway has split from her legally challenged beau after dating for four years, according to various media outlets. There has been no official confirmation from the Anne’s camp yet, but a close family source insists it’s over. The rumors kicked into high gear when she walked the red carpet for her film Get Smart solo.
Some say it’s about time for the 25-year-old actress to chuck Raffaello Follieri. The Italian businessman has recently thrust his famous girlfriend into the negative spotlight again when he came under investigation by the New York State Attorney General for having not filed IRS forms for his charity foundation.
It wasn’t the first financial trouble he’s gotten into either. E! Online exclusively obtained documents from the New York State Supreme Court stating that Follieri owes American Express Bank nearly half a million as of last week. Anne’s ex also first made his own headline back in April when it was reported that he bounced a $215,000 check and failing to pay his public relations firm.
Well, that’s not smart.
Well, well, well…hot off the heels of my last post, Lauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge were seen making nice and partying up a storm at Hollywood’s latest club du jour, Crown Bar.
A fellow clubgoer noted that the two roommates held hands and danced together all night, except when Audrina danced with too-cool-for-school sometimes flame Justin Bobby. Is the drama really over? Or is it just for the cameras?
And it all happened before you can say frenemy…
Weird fact of the day: LC was just ranked as #97 on the Forbes annual list of 100 Most Powerful Celebrities, raking in $1.5 million last year. Incredible what reality TV and being a regular 22-year-old can do for you.

The blogs are alive with the sound of…break-ups? Splitsville is where Lauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge of The Hills find themselves.
It has been speculated that Audrina was asked to move out of the house they share via a note on her room door. OK! magazine also quotes Audrina as saying that Lauren was “very, very, very mad” (how articulate, A) when she came home to a photo shoot for the tabloid in her home.
The tension has been bubbling for a while now. At several recent events, the former besties stayed far away from each other. Instead, Lauren’s been leaning on loyal friends Lauren “Lo” Bosworth (her other roommate) and fellow fashionista Whitney Port.
Either LC is extremely fickle with her friends or just one smart cookie…hey, look no further than Heidi. PS - Speidi want to get married live on MTV, per E! Online. Geez, get over yourselves!

New entourage alert! New entourage alert! Three’s not always a crowd. Über-exclusive duo Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson (LinSam or LoRon?) did dinner with a pink-coiffed Lily Allen at trendy eatery Il Sole last night. This is Lily Allen’s first visit to the States in a while since her visa was suspended last year.
On her MySpace page, Lily wrote that she had only expected to have dinner with her good friend Sam Ronson (her brother produced a few Lily songs) and was surprised when she brought a “rather famous friend” along. Huh-lo, doesn’t Lil know that the two party gals are permanently conjoined? And then some…
Courtney Cox Arquette also chose to dine at the restaurant last night. She got caught in the storm of paparazzi outside. Poor girl.
