Being a champion means lots of everything: practice, passion, dedication and eating well. Maria states she eats three good, balanced meals a day, never diets and snacks on lean meats like ham and plenty of fruit.

Now, I can’t play tennis like Maria and I don’t look anything like her but I sure can eat the same things she does (although in my own way) and I found so many great recipes I just had to share them all.
